This presentation will provide participants with an overview of person centered principles and person centered discovery skills.  Participants will learn how to apply person centered discovery skills to develop a one page description. A one page description offers a “snap shot” of what is important to a student, the supports they need to be successful, how these supports are communicated and what others like and admire them.   One page descriptions also provide a base of information that can inform a student’s planning process.
